Listed are the projects that we have completed and are still under construction.

Project Tracker

Pivik Elementary School- 2012

This 16 million 75,000 square foot elementary school located in Plum Borough school district was completed in 2012. We were the Owner's representative for the school district and were the on site managers for project. It was completed on time in June of 2012.

Penn Hills High School- 2013

We took this 60 million 300,000 square foot high school over in August of 2012, after being 6 months behind schedule and 5 million dollars over budget. We were the Owner's representative/ Construction manager. With value engineering and project organization the project was finished on time in January of 2013 and on budget.

Penn Hills Elementary School- 2014

This 40 million 200,000 square foot school we took over after it was started in August 2012 6 months behind schedule. It was completed in June 2014 on time and under budget.

Holiday Park Elementary School- 2015

This 16 million 75,000 square foot building in Plum Borough school district was started in December of 2013 and completed in August of 2015.

Freeport Middle School- 2015

This 26 million 135,000 square foot building in the Freeport Area school district has broke ground in June 2014 and opened for the 2015-16 School Year.

Jefferson-Morgan School District-2015

This renovation project updated HV/AC, a new Roof and updated all electrical systems.

Freeport Area Stadium- 2016

This Stadium is being constructed on the same site as the High school and Middle school. It will be completed for the 2016-17 school year.
